Registration

Registrations and abstract submissions will open 7 March 2012.

The registration fees are the following:

• 50 EUR for undergraduate students
• 100 EUR for Ph.D. students
• 150 EUR for SIBBM members with no outstanding membership fees (including 2012)
• 200 EUR for everyone else; SIBBM members that pay 200 EUR will have their 2012 membership fee automatically paid

In the case of undergraduate and Ph.D. students confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details are available during the registration procedure).

The social dinner is not included in the fee and costs 35 EUR.

Ph.D. Courses or Schools with more than 5 participants will benefit from a discounted fee: 50 EUR for each participant. Please contact the SIBBM Treasurer for additional details.

Payment

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, among other information, a reference number. Please do not process your payment without this reference number — thank you for your cooperation.

Travel Awards

A limited number of Travel Awards will be assigned to young participants (students and Postdoc Fellows) travelling from distant locations (and necessarily from outside Sicily) and attending the entire meeting. This request can be made during the registration procedure. Requests will be considered only after payment of the registration fee has been received by SIBBM. To those selected, a maximum of 200 EUR will be assigned and copies of travel expenses (tickets) need to be sent to the SIBBM Treasurer .

Posters

The poster's maximum size is 70 x 100 cm (width x height).
